Facsimile Diploma Fee

Important: Before submitting a request for a facsimile diploma, be sure to check to see if a Certified Electronic Diploma (CeDiploma) will suffice for the needed requirement. CeDiplomas are available for those who have graduated Fall 2013 and later and are available in ESTHER at no charge to the student.

8.5 x 11 replica diploma. The form for requesting a facsimile diploma must also be completed and submitted to OTR. For additional information, please see the Diploma page on the OTR website. The form is available on the Online Forms page. Please note: that there is no additional mailing fee for facsimile diplomas.
